underwhelming stay with cleanliness issues
slow service cleanliness issue
i found the service quite poor. the staff didn't seem attentive, and requests often took a long time. one morning, i asked for a simple omelet at breakfast and waited almost 30 minutes. the cleanliness was also an issue as i saw some dirty towels left in the bathroom and an ant problem in the room.

Decent Stay, Some Disappointments
limited cuisine small beach
The advertised Thai cuisine was surprisingly limited, offering mainly international dishes. I found no Thai liquor options on the drinks menu which was a letdown. the beach was quite small and windy, a definite drawback for a beachside hotel. These factors detracted from the overall experience, especially since I expected more authentic Thai elements.

grateful stay
amazing view smooth process polite staff seaside views
the premium room provided an amazing view. i found the check-in process smooth and efficient. the staff at reception were very courteous, which i appreciated. i also valued the beautiful seaside views from the resort.
I found that there were quite a few stairs necessary to get to the pool. That was just slightly inconvenient.

the resort has a nice starbucks, a beach restaurant, and direct access to the beach. the pool is amazing and very close to the beach, therefore it's quite peaceful and quiet here, which i appreciate.

staff always keep smiling and greeting. the spa is fantastic, also the staff are very hospitable and considerate and nothing we asked was too much, so the service is excellent.
